How to pull the calls that an agent has taken

To be able to get the call report an agent has taken, follow the steps from your main dashboard:

  1. Contact Center

  2. Contact/Call List

  3. Date -> used for a specific timeframe

  4. More Filters

  5. Users -> to select the agent/s

  6. Filter
