How to add answering machine recordings to campaigns

To be able to add audio recordings to campaigns, follow the steps from your main dashboard:

First, you need to make sure you have the new recording in Telephony -> Audio Files section. If not, add it.

  1. Go to Campaigns

  2. Campaign List

  3. Use the search box to find the right campaign

  4. Click Edit

  5. Scroll down the page

  6. Enable Answering Machine Detection

  7. From Answering Machine Message select the right recording

  8. Click Save Changes
