To be able to navigate and collect the data, follow the steps from your main dashboard:

  1. Go to Reporting Center

  2. Data & List Performance

  3. Outbound Calls Summary

  4. Filter by date and time

  5. Select a campaign

  6. Filter

The report will showcase:

  1. Description

  2. Total Calls

  3. Total Time

  4. Average Time

  5. Calls/Hour
