How to check or change the disposition on a call

Learn how to change the disposition if has been added incorrectly

To be able to verify any information on a phone number or change the disposition, follow the steps from your main dashboard:

  1. Go to Contact Center

  2. Contact/Call List

  3. Add Phone Number

  4. Click Filter

On the bottom page, you will find all the details for that particular phone number including the status of the call which can be modified. To do that, follow the steps:

  1. Click on the little Blue Pen Icon next to the status

  2. Go to the drop-down menu and change the status with the appropriate one

  3. Click Submit
