How to disengage from a transfer call and get back to the prospect

Minimize the risks of hanged up transfer by using the right buttons

You will first need to add a transfer number on the right campaign by following the steps from your main dashboard:

  1. Go to Campaigns

  2. Campaign List

  3. Use the search box to identify the right campaign

  4. Edit

  5. Transfer

  6. Create (see the article on ''How to setup transfer numbers")

That transfer will appear during a call with the prospect as a button on the left side of the screen, click that transfer button to create a live/warm/3way transfer.
