How to pull a sales report from the unspecified lists

Check how many sales you got from leads that were not in your system

To be able to find the list/report of all unspecified sales, follow the steps from your main dashboard:

  1. Go to Contact Center

  2. Contact/Call List

  3. More Filters

  4. Contact Statuses -> select SALE

  5. Lists -> Select all 'Unspecified' lists

  6. Filter

  7. Download

The new list will appear on the top right corner of the page from where it can be downloaded.

For All Unspecified Sales, you should select the start date from the beginning of the year. If is needed just a certain timeframe, we select the dates accordingly.

The unspecified is a list that is created automatically when a new campaign is opened. The role of this list is to gather all leads that enter Telesero from inbound calls that are not yet in the system. The leads gathered in this list are mainly without any other information on them apart the phone number as they come from alternate numbers that don't exist yet in your account.
