Normal Dialing will dial per available logged in agent but Burst Dialing will essentially call harder by dialing continuously, regardless of if agents are in call or not.
💡This feature should be used with caution as it may cause a lot of dropped calls or might increase the overall VoIP cost.
To be able to access the burst dialing feature, follow the steps from your main dashboard:
Go to Campaigns > Campaign List > Search the campaign > Select > General Settings
On the bottom page:
Go to Burst Dialing > Activate > Save Changes
