Packages (Productized Services)

Explains what package services are, why we package workflows, and the 3 ways to buy packages (as-is, setup, setup + integrations).

What are package services?

Package services (productized services) are repeatable, in-demand automations that show up across many sales funnels and business operations.

They’re more than a “pre-built workflow” — they’re a baseline system we can deliver quickly, then expand into deeper custom builds or even a full product if the demand is strong.

Why we package something (our criteria)

We create a package when:

  • The workflow is repetitive and consistently requested

  • It clearly fits into Sales Automation or Operational Automation

  • We can identify a strong generic core (the part almost everyone needs)

Examples of “repetitive demand” steps:

  • Inbound/outbound calling (common in many funnels)

  • Email automation (sales enablement and follow-ups)

  • LinkedIn automation (reach + replies + message handling; indirectly tied to sales)

What makes something “generic enough” to be a package?

We separate the automation into:

  • Generic core: what almost every client needs

  • Custom layer: niche rules, extra tools, and custom integrations

Examples:

  • Calling systems: generic core = handling calls + capturing lead info

  • LinkedIn automation: generic core = comment replies, post engagement, messaging flows

  • Email automation: generic core = replying/routing common inbound emails

The 3 ways to buy a package

  1. Package-only (as-is)

    • You buy the package with no add-ons.

    • You receive the build/workflow and run it yourself.

  2. Package + setup (fixed cost)

    • You buy the package and we set it up for you.

    • This typically includes connecting your accounts/credentials and doing the initial configuration (e.g., LinkedIn setup, calling provider setup, keys like Voyager APIs, etc.).

  3. Package + setup + custom integrations (custom)

    • You buy the package, we set it up, and you also need extra integrations or custom behavior.

    • We provide common add-on options for integrations we see repeatedly (often fixed-price options).

    • If you need something beyond the listed options, you describe it and we quote based on requirements.

Examples of common add-ons:

  • CRM integration (push leads automatically)

  • Lead management / ticketing integration

  • Email integration + automated follow-ups

Typical package examples

  • Inbound calling system (variants: VAPI / Retell)

  • Outbound calling system (variants: VAPI / Retell)

  • Inbound + outbound calling system

  • LinkedIn automation package
