Cuneihive provides sales automation (primary) and operational automation (secondary) services—delivered as custom builds, productized packages, and SaaS products—so teams can run end-to-end workflows with less manual work and more consistent results.
What we do
1) Sales automation (primary)
Sales automation is our core focus. We build revenue workflows that directly increase or protect revenue, such as:

Lead qualification workflows
Sales enablement workflows
Follow-ups, routing, and pipeline movement
2) Full funnel automation (custom)
We also design and implement complete sales funnel automation end-to-end.
The goal is to reduce the time and cost of running a sales funnel with people alone, and replace repetitive steps with AI agents + automations, while keeping the funnel structured and measurable.
3) Operational automation (secondary)
Operational automation is for internal efficiency—helping teams eliminate repetitive work and run smoother day-to-day operations.
It’s secondary to sales automation, but it’s a key part of how we make systems reliable (monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and internal workflows).
How we deliver (packages, custom builds, and products)
Productized services (packages)
Packages are “generic-by-default” systems that many businesses need (e.g., lead gen, email automation, WhatsApp automation, inbound/outbound calling, LinkedIn automation). They usually require minimal customization.
Packages typically have three options:
Package only: you buy the package as-is.
Setup: you buy the package and we set it up in your environment/tools.
Customization + integrations: you buy the package, then we tailor it to your niche and integrate it with your stack (CRM, ticketing, email, etc.).
For example, a calling system may include fixed-price add-on options like:

CRM or ticketing integration (push leads/tickets automatically)

Custom builds (bespoke)
Custom builds are tailored projects within sales automation and operational automation. You can ask us to build a workflow, automation system, AI agent, dashboard, or a complete funnel—customized to your tools, process, and constraints.
Products (SaaS)
Products are SaaS tools we build when we see a common workflow repeated across many clients and it can be made generic with minimal customization.
We also build SaaS products for other companies (internal or external use), when it fits their needs.

Background / origin story (why the name “Cuneihive”)
“Cuneihive” combines:
Cuneiform: one of the oldest systems for recording data
Hive: many connected parts working together as one system
The idea is simple: you can’t automate a full sales funnel with a single generic workflow.
Every company has a different sales cycle, criteria, and steps—so real automation requires building multiple specialized automations for each funnel stage, then connecting them into one cohesive system.
That connected system is the “hive.”
