A product is a subscription SaaS that we build when a workflow is truly generic and users shouldn’t need to deal with setup complexity.
Compared to packages:
Packages are the baseline systems we can deploy and customize.
Products are the most generic version: ready-to-use SaaS for users who don’t want setup hassle.
Billing
Products are billed via monthly subscription.
Pricing and subscription details are published inside each product’s own platform.
