Aggregates customer overlap (shared accounts) between vendors to determine how spend is flowing between competitors (e.g., as a customer adopts a new vendor, which competitor(s) will they place in containment). This competitive analysis allows users to see which competitors a vendor is gaining share from or losing share to. ​

Shared Net Score or Net Sentiment

Net Score or Net Sentiment calculated within shared customer accounts. Represents the intensity of spend for a vendor within these shared accounts. ​

Shared N / Shared Market Share or Mind Share

The count (N) and proportion (Market Share or Mind Share) of overlapping customers between two vendors. ​
