Net Score or Net Sentiment calculated within shared customer accounts. Represents the intensity of spend for a vendor within these shared accounts.
Shared N / Shared Market Share or Mind Share
The count (N) and proportion (Market Share or Mind Share) of overlapping customers between two vendors.
