Calling Screen Refresh

The Outbound Calling top panel has a brand new look!

Written by Taryn Wickel

We're happy to share with you an exciting update to the Call Customer screen in Outbound Calling. This new top panel features some exciting additions that will help you make the most of every call.

Updated Design

The new design of this top panel makes better use of the available space to ensure you're able to easily see how to make an Outbound Call. We've also added and highlighted some of the most important customer information to make sure you're aware of your customer's details prior to dialing their number.

Clearer Call Instructions

We've moved the call instructions to the top of the panel and placed them in an easy to follow step process, so you know exactly how to complete a compliant Outbound Call through the Gryphon dialer.

Your customer's number, campaign ID, and PIN are all easier to find in this new layout. If needed, your PIN refresh is at the upper right of your screen once you hit the 'Show Number' button.

New Fields

To help you make more informed calls, we've included some new customer fields in the top panel.

Here's what's new & updated:

  • NEW! Upgrade eligibility: Shows whether the customer, or any of the customer's secondary lines, is eligible for upgrade. Note that this customer flag is updated weekly so it is possible that the customer may have upgraded in the time since we've last received this information. Always confirm upgrade eligibility when possible.

  • NEW! Highlighted opportunities: We've highlighted and put $ icons next to the fields that are opportunities for incremental revenue. Pay attention to customers with these highlighted fields so you can craft your pitch and make the most of the call.

  • UPDATED! From nearby closed door: This field, while not entirely new, now includes any customer that is new to your store because of a nearby store closing, nearby store closed for construction, or monthly incentive transfer from another store.

Additionally, you'll see we have removed a few fields to make room for new ones, including ACP and status. Every customer that is fed into outbound calling has the active status.
