Requirements for Outbound Calling

What your store needs to do before Outbound Calling is enabled.

Like the other features of Elevate Marketing, Outbound Calling is a module on the system. Before this module is enabled for your store, there are a few requirements you must meet. 

  1. The location must be using Elevate POS or have a current Elevate Marketing subscription.

  2. The location cannot be in one of the 8 states where promotional calling is prohibited: Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Indiana and Wyoming.

  3. All store users must complete Boost Mobile's Do-Not-Contact (DNC) training. DNC training can be found within the Boost Mobile training system. 

  4. At least ONE person from each location must complete the outbound calling training in the Boost Mobile training system.

  5. All location reps who will be making outbound calls must have their own log-in for Boost Elevate Marketing. To learn which accounts to set up for your reps, click here.
