The first payout for every new Stripe account is made 7 business days after the first successful payment to your tournament is received.
After the initial payout, depending on the country you are located in, you are then on a payout schedule, determined by the country you are located in.
USA & Australia: 2 business days (example: payment is received Tuesday, payout is Thursday)
Canada, UK, Europe: 7 calendar days (example: payment is received Tuesday, payout is the following Tuesday)
