How do I keep track of payments for my tournament?

When it comes to tracking your payments, there are a few different ways to do this:

  1. Event Finances page

  2. Payment Transaction page

  3. Using your STRIPE dashboard (if you have Stripe linked as a payment gateway)


EVENT FINANCES
By selecting FINANCES > Event Finances from the side navigation you'll be able to see a financial snapshot of your tournament. This screen will allow you to quickly compare revenue vs. expenses.


PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS
Selecting FINANCES > Payment Transaction from the side navigation will allow you to see each transaction that has gone through your Event Caddy tournament site. You can even view each receipt individually and even export all transactions as a CSV file by selecting the 'Download as CSV' button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

STRIPE DASHBOARD (Credit Card Transactions)
Login to your Stripe dashboard where you'll be able to issue refunds, track credit card payouts, pull detailed reports and much more.

  • Can I export my tournament's financial transactions from Event Caddy?
    Yes, you can export them as a spreadsheet (CSV) or a PDF file by navigating to Finances -> Payment Transactions and using the options at the top right.
