Creating and updating your event schedule is easy with Event Caddy. Just follow these simple steps:
From the side navigation of your admin dashboard, select My Event -> Event Setup & Settings -> Event Schedule.
On the new page that appears, select the 'Add Schedule Item' button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
From here, you can start adding in your first activity on the event day, including assigning it a specific time, location and any notes your feel are applicable to the activity. Once you've added in all the necessary information select the 'Create Tournament Schedule' button to save your scheduled item.
Repeat steps 2 through 3 for each item you want to add to your schedule.
Each time an item is modified or added to your schedule the event website will update automatically so players, volunteers and other will always see an up-to-date list of the activities scheduled for the tournament day.
