A 'how to' guide on our Sets & Reps feature.

Program your way with FITR. Use a combination of open text and a Sets and Reps table design to deliver any training imaginable. Sets & Reps is available on all coach subscriptions.


Add a Sets & Reps Table

Select the 'Add sets block' icon to add a Sets & Reps table to any day of your program.

Select '+Sets' icon at the bottom of build mode to add another.


I. Customisable Exercise Columns

  • Strength Exercises: When you add a strength exercise, the system inserts three default columns: Weight, Reps, and Rest.

  • Cardio Exercises: For cardio exercises, the system starts with two default columns: Time & Rest.

  • Coach Flexibility: Coaches can modify these default columns, choosing between a minimum of 1 column and a maximum of 3 columns, tailoring the metrics to their program needs.

Additionally, metrics can be adjusted to any option from the comprehensive list of metric types—ensuring full customization for your programming.


II. Maximum Rows and Video Attachments

  • Each block section supports up to 10 rows, helping keep workouts organized and easy to follow.

  • In the new ‘Exercise’ area (accessible via the top-left dropdown menu in the coach admin), coaches can:

    • Attach/assign as many videos as you wish to an exercise.

    • Choose default media for exercises from FITR’s library or upload custom content.

When selecting an exercise from FITR’s provided list, the video defaults to Title Media but can be deselected or swapped for another option.


III. Built-In Library & Custom Exercise Creation

  • Access a library of hundreds of pre-loaded exercises, covering all major workout types.


IV. Coaches can also create their own exercises, expanding the library to include personalized or specialized movements.

(Those on Starter cannot create, edit or delete an exercise. If downgrading from Unlimited or Pro to Starter, you'll retain any edited exercise list but not be able to modify it further)

When creating a new exercise, the coach will:

  • Assign major muscle groups worked for clarity and organization.

  • Choose from an 'equipment list' (expandable upon request).

Fields such as Weight can be left blank for clients to fill in themselves, allowing greater flexibility during workouts.


To note: Client-Centric Metric Settings

  • Metrics like lbs or kg will auto-switch for clients based on their app settings, ensuring a consistent experience worldwide.

  • PRs (personal records) also follow these preferences.


V. Percentage-Based Weights:

Integration of the PR feature to auto-assign weights for exercises (coming soon).
