Sometimes you'll deliver programming that doesn't include coach interaction. You can turn off notifications for a whole program (here's how). You can also mute specific client notifications if you need to.

One way is to find the client on your client list, scroll to the right, click the ... option and choose 'mute client':

If you're in the client's view activity area (learn more here) you can mute the client using one of the options at the top of the screen:

You can unmute a client at any time by clicking the same options again. Remember this will mute performance notifications from all programs this client follows.
