Super simple. Two ways:
Via Programs:
Log onto https://app.fitr.training/
Head to 'Programs'
Make sure you're in 'Past' programs. You may need to adjust the selection option. This link should also work.
Click on the program name.
Click the resume subscription button.
To access this via the Client Mobile App head to your Profile and select 'My Programs'. Make sure you have 'Past' programs selected. You'll then see the 'Resume Subscription' button.
Active Subscription Policies
If you have an active subscription to a program in FITR, you cannot purchase or extend the same subscription before it expires. Attempts to buy a new subscription for the same program will not extend your current plan but will be declined. To renew your subscription, you must wait until your current plan expires. Once expired, you can manually resume the subscription by selecting the 'Resume Subscription' option.

Via My Purchases:
To get to 'My Purchases' via a web browser;
Log onto https://app.fitr.training/
Head to the drop down profile menu and select 'Billing'
Select 'My Purchases'
Use the action menu to the right of each program to see the available options. This will include, depending on the program and status:
Cancel Subscription
Resume Subscription / Resubscribe
Retry a missed payment (also see here)
Reschedule - moved the program to a different date in the calendar (see more here)
Managing Expired Subscriptions
After your current subscription ends, FITR allows you to adjust your subscription plan. This includes switching to a different subscription length (e.g., moving from a 3-month to a 6-month plan). To make these changes:
Navigate to 'My Purchases' in your account.
Select 'More' on the program you wish to adjust.
Choose 'Change Subscription' and select your desired plan length.
The app will notify you of the start date for the new plan (e.g., "Switches to 6-monthly plan on [date]"). If you change your mind before the new plan begins, you can cancel the change within the same section.
To access this via the FITR Client App, head to your Profile and select 'My Programs'. From here you can select the menu icon in the top right and select Billing.
Step-by-Step Summary
Active Subscription: Wait for expiry before resubscribing; the system prevents overlapping subscriptions.
Expired Subscription: Use the account settings to renew or switch to a different plan length.
