A client has access to everything that's been sent to them in their account, regardless of the status of a program subscription.
Our view is that when a client pays or receives something from a coach, they should keep it. They can always go back and check training and notes they've left.
Only in exceptional circumstances will we remove programming, such as abuse of the system. If you feel this is the case, please contact us on live chat.
