How do I delete my account

Client accounts (scroll down for coach account):

  1. Log in to Your FITR Account. Use your registered email or username and password to log in.

  2. Head to Your Profile. Navigate to your 'Profile' via your display icon located in the top-right corner of the app.

  1. Scroll Down to Find the Delete Option. Look for the 'Delete My Account' option at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: If you delete your client account fully all stored personal and training data and records will be wiped and can't be recovered. Deleting your account also means losing access to your past training history, personalized settings, and purchased content.

You can cancel any program subscriptions and leave your client account dormant without deleting it, for free. We always recommend this option for clients. Client accounts will always be free to keep if you decide to do so, and you can always look back at old training data. Keeping your account allows you to maintain access to your training history and any personalized settings.


Coach Accounts:

On the Web: Navigate to your Account Settings and select the 'Subscriptions' tab. Under 'Platform Subscription,' you’ll find the option to 'Cancel subscription.'

After selecting 'Cancel subscription,' the 'Delete account' button should appear.

Important: Deleting your account will permanently erase ALL data and information, which cannot be recovered. Alternatively, if you cancel your subscription, your account will remain dormant, and no further charges will be applied.

You will then receive this pop-up informing you that you can keep your account free of charge. All data added and programs created will remain on your account if you choose to keep your account.

If you decide to proceed with deleting your account you will need to confirm your choice by typing 'DELETE' into the text field, this will enable the 'Delete my account' button. Once pressed your account will be deleted.

We recommend retaining your coach account, dormant and free, by simply cancelling your subscription.

NOTE: An account cannot be deleted whilst there are active Client Subscriptions to Programs. These will need to be cancelled first.
