I've decided I want to cancel my coaching account subscription

We're truly sorry to see you go. Your feedback is important to us, and we'd appreciate it if you could let us know why you're considering leaving. We will do our best to address any issues or concerns you might have.

If you still wish to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to 'Settings' from the drop-down menu.

  1. Click on the 'Subscription' tab.

  1. Select the 'Cancel Subscription' option.

You will retain access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period. Should you decide to rejoin us in the future, simply return to the same screen and click the 'Resume' button.

For those currently in the trial period who do not wish to continue:

We understand, and again, please let us know if there’s a specific reason so we can assist you better. If you are in your trial period and choose not to upgrade, you will not see the 'Cancel Subscription' option as there is nothing further required on your part. Your trial will naturally expire at the end of the period.

Should you decide to return after your trial, simply log in and follow the upgrade steps to reactivate your subscription.
