My client is sitting in pending and I don't know why?

I have a client that is pending on my custom program and I don't know what to do to get them signed up and active?

No problem, let's work this through. Adding clients to your programs can be done manually or automatically, providing flexibility depending on your needs. Here's how you can approach both methods effectively.

To start with, the reason why on a 1-2-1 program type, you can have clients as 'Pending' is to add them to the Program in a holding area as it were, so you can schedule training in their calendar before they sign up.Doing this means that they will have training in their App waiting for you once they formally sign up.If you could only give training once they signed up for the program, the client may think that they are missing training when they aren't.To add a known client into the pending area of the program to schedule training for them in advance, use the 'Manually Add' option when signing up the client. Additionally, clients who purchase your program are automatically added to the respective client list upon purchase, streamlining the process and ensuring accurate linkage to their selected program.

Simply add their first, and last name and email. Then click 'Add Client'.

Once added you'll see a success message appear at the bottom saying "Client successfully imported."

You can see here that Joe Bloggs is now in the Pending tab. If you press the 'Add programming' action button on the right, you can start programming from your client.

Troubleshooting Missing Clients

If you notice that a client does not appear on the program list, ensure that they have fully completed the signup process. This is especially important for individuals serving as both coach and client. Additionally, verify the purchase status for programs with automatic addition features, ensuring proper linkage.

Once you're ready to formally send your client the link to sign up for the program, click the send program invite button on the left.

This will send an email to your client to sign up to the program. Once the client follows the process to sign up for the program. e.g.:

They will automatically move to the 'Active' clients list in your program on the coach side. As shown below:

You will also get an email and feed notification that the client has joined your program.
