It could depend on the type of program (Find the program type here):
1-2-1, Fixed Length and Group Rolling Calendar programs update real time
any changes should reflect with a client straight away.
Session 1 Day 1 programs any changes only update for clients once per day, just after midnight relative to the coach's time zone.

Any changes you make will automatically update for new and old clients.

Session 1, Day 1 programs
Clients always see 7 days in advance.
We advise to keep more than 7 days content ahead of the furthest most (earliest sign up) client in this program at all times to avoid any issues.
A new day is sent to the client at midnight each day. In effect the system is doing a refresh at that point.
updates only once per day. Cleints won't see changes made by a coach until then.
If you've added training into this program today then the new training may not appear to your client until tomorrow, after which the system has 'refreshed' to show the client more.
Free Trial Period
If the client is in a free trial period of a program, they'll only see up to when your trial ends.
If they decide to stay then once their first payment is made they'll see more training fill into the calendar based on the visibility settings for that program.
