The best way to do this is to use Templates. Here's a guide on how.
Save a single or multiple parts as a day template:
Click on one or more parts in a single day
At the bottom of the screen you'll see a button appear that says 'Save as template'. Click this.
Choose whether to save as a new template or add to an existing template (more on this below).
Saving single weeks:
Simply click the save icon that appears on the right hand side of each week
Choose whether to save as a new template or add to an existing template.
Saving multiple weeks:
On the training schedule click the checkbox next to each week that you want to save.
At the bottom of the screen you'll see a button appear that says 'Save as template'. Click this.
Choose whether to save as a new template or add to an existing template.
Save as a new template or add to an existing one?
If you 'save as new' you will be given the option to give your template and name and then save. If you choose to 'add to existing', the week(s) you've selected will be added to the end of the existing template.
Inserting a template into a program
Hover over any day on the program's schedule and you'll see the option to insert a template:
You'll then be shown both day and week based templates you can insert. If you insert a week-based template on any other day than Monday (or day 1), the system will remember the structure of the template and insert it into the client's calendar, remembering exactly the format you built it in.
For example, a week-based template has programming on day 1, 3 and 5. If you inserted this into a program on a Wednesday, the system would recognise day 1 as Wednesday, 3 and Friday and so forth.
