Add a coupon to a client mid-subscription?

CLIENT

Let the client do the leg work. Simply share the coupon code you've created (learn how here) and advise them to click this link:

head to the 'more' option and add a discount code:

COACH

Note that this method is only applicable to coaching accounts created after 1st Feb 2022.

On FITR, create a coupon.
Open your Stripe account.
Open the page 'Customers'.
Find your customer in the list.
Next to the client's active subscription, that you want to apply the coupon to, press on the three dots.
Choose the option 'Update subscription'.
On the screen that opens, press 'Add coupon'.
In the popup, choose the coupon you want to apply and press submit.
Press 'Update subscription'.
Done. The coupon has been applied.

The coupon will apply from the next billing date.
