Tracks (for coaches)

Utilise the Tracks feature to deliver a myriad of coaching within one Program

Updated over 3 months ago

Provide a variety of tracks within a single program to deliver a comprehensive experience, or sell multiple programs for a single price. Add value, charge more, increase retention and generate referrals through one price that can give clients everything they need to reach their goals.

Tracks are perfect for meeting the different training needs of your clients, boosting retention and providing a range of options under one roof, be that variations of the core program (e.g. time or equipment limited versions) or additional parallel programming (e.g. nutrition, mobility, mental toughness).

Tracks enable you as a coach to increase your subscription prices by offering more training options per program, allowing you to package multiple programs (provided they're of the same program type) within one price to the client, and provide variations and flexibility to client needs so you more effectively support a wider client base.

Variations:

Think time-limited, scaled, or equipment availability. Once you have created your primary program add variations using Tracks to make your training more accessible to a wider client base. Clients can simply switch between your tracks any time from within their FITR Client App.

Packages:

You can use the FITR Tracks feature to package multiple programs of the same type into a single offering at a single price. Create one program and use Tracks to create a further nine more (10 in total including the primary program track) alternative training schedules that your clients can switch between, e.g Strength, Engine, Mobility, Nutrition etc.

Nutrition, Habits, Tasks and Lifestyle:

You can utilise Tracks so that your clients can toggle between nutrition versions (eg different calorific meal plans) of the same plan, as well as focus on lifestyle tasks and habits within a specific track whilst focusing on other priorities in other tracks.

The Tracks feature is available during the FITR 14 day free trial, and after that is only available on FITR's Unlimited plans. Access is restricted for Starter and Pro accounts. Any tracks created will be stored and not lost, but will be unavailable until upgraded to Unlimited.

Please contact support@fitr.training if you are an existing coach keen to try Tracks.

Along with your primary program you can add a further 9 tracks, for a total of 10. Account owners have the same rights to add, edit and delete program tracks as the invited coaches, based on the account subscription. Alternative program tracks can be added to programs of any type, but must be the same program type as the primary program. Tracks created during trial period or during subscription to Unlimited plan cannot be accessed by coaches before the subscription to Unlimited plan is restored.

Create a Track:

Press the '+ new' link, name your track and add a description (optional). Please note that as soon as you add programming content to the track the track becomes visible to any clients on the primary program. To avoid this you can create a track and then 'Archive' it so you work on it privately. When you are ready press 'Restore', which publishes the track to your clients.

Edit a Track:

Archive Function:

A coach can archive a track so it's not visible to clients. Whilst additional tracks can be archived by coaches, the primary track first created when the program is created cannot be archived. When a coach archives a track all sections associated with the archived track, as well as performances added to those sections by clients, are kept in the database and can be accessed by clients from workout history.

When tracks are in the archive they don't count towards your 10 maximum published.

Review Mode:

Whilst utilising review mode a coach, on the review sidebar on a Group Rolling Calendar program can only see sections from the currently opened schedule track. Coaches can only review the activity of the clients in the context of the default program track.
