Are you moving from an old app to FITR? Are you worried about moving clients who are already paying through different means? Here are a few tips for smoothly transitioning your clients from your old app to FITR.

Firstly, you need to set up a coaching account, which you can do here and go through the sign-up process. Please note: be sure to click 'coaching provider'.

Once this is completed, You will be taken to this screen.

Once you've selected the program type, you'll reach a screen to set the price. We recommend setting a price, but you can give clients access with a 100% off coupon code.

Once you have set the price and created your program, You would need to provide your client with a 100% off coupon, this is how:

Navigate to the bars at the top and select 'marketing', the find 'coupons' and hit that.

Then select either button:

And here is where you can personalize it. But please ensure that the coupon is set to 100% off. This will enable your clients to gain access to the program and still pay outside of
