Once your email is connect, you'll see an inbox summary at the top of your CRM page.

You can reply directly from Finta and manually draft your message in the CRM. Or you can ask Aurora to help by clicking 'Smart Reply'.

An email drafter will open with a suggested reply to the email, you can make any edits and send the message from there!
