To communicate with prospects, you will need to connect your email to your Finta account. Once connected, all emails to investors will be sent through the email you have added.
You can connect multiple emails and will need to select a primary to send emails form. You can also grant access to your teammates to view your emails to contacts in the CRM.
Navigate to 'Manage Account' in the dropdown menu at the top right of the screen.
Connect a Google or Microsoft account here. Follow the prompts to connect and grant permissions so Aurora can scan your inbox, help with follow ups, provide context on conversations and meetings and send communications.
Grant access to teammates to view your emails at the bottom of the page. This gives your team visibility into outreach and conversations you've had with contacts in the CRM. Less time syncing, more time getting deals done.
