Your Network is one of the most powerful features in Finta. Once created, it gives you instant visibility into who you already know—and who your contacts might know—that could be a strong fit for your deal. You can also share your Network with portfolio companies, colleagues, or peers to help them uncover relevant prospects within your relationship graph.
What Your Network Does
When you create a Network, Finta:
Scans your connected email account (Gmail or Outlook)
Identifies people you’ve corresponded with
Builds a structured, searchable list of your relationships
Surfaces contacts who may be relevant to your deal
Helps you map warm pathways to new prospects
Enables you to share those connections with trusted peers or your portfolio
This helps you unlock warm paths to prospects, partners, allocators, counterparties, or any stakeholder important to your deal.
Before You Start
To create your Network, you must first connect your email inbox to Finta:
Go to Manage Account
2. Connect either Gmail or Outlook
3. Allow Finta to sync your contacts and recent communication history
Note: Your email content stays private. Finta only analyzes metadata needed to map relationships and identify warm paths.
How to Create Your Network
Once your email is connected, follow these steps:
Navigate to Prospects in the left sidebar
2. In the top-right corner, click Create My Network
3. Finta will begin analyzing your inbox to build your Network
4. When complete, your relationship graph will automatically appear in Prospects
You can continue using Finta while your Network is being created—this process runs in the background.
What You Can Do With Your Network
After your Network is built, you can:
1. Identify warm introduction paths
Finta highlights contacts who may be suitable prospects themselves—or who are connected to people relevant to your deal.
2. Enrich & categorize relationships
Aurora automatically enriches many contacts with roles, organizations, and context relevant to your workflow.
3. Enhance discovery in Prospects
Matching becomes more powerful—Finta can signal when someone in your Network has a connection to a prospect you're evaluating.
4. Share your Network (optional)
You can securely share your Network with:
Portfolio companies
Colleagues
Trusted peers
Sharing your Network helps others identify warm pathways without needing to manually forward contacts or export lists.
You remain in full control—only people you explicitly share with will see your Network.
Troubleshooting
If you don’t see the Create My Network button:
Double-check that your email account is connected
Refresh your browser after connecting your inbox
If your Network seems incomplete:
Finta may still be processing your inbox
