Shared Networks make it easy to identify high-quality prospects who already have a trusted relationship with someone on your team. Once a contact shares their Network with you, Finta automatically compares their connections to your deal and highlights the best-fit prospects you can add directly into your CRM.
Step 1: Get Access to a Shared Network
To view someone’s Network, you’ll first need to add them to your team.
Navigate to your Team settings.
Add your contact as an Investor.
Once they accept the invitation, they can share their Network with you from their Portfolio page.
After they share it, you’ll automatically see their Network appear inside your account.
Step 2: Open the Shared Network
Once a Network has been shared with you:
Go to the Prospects page.
Look for the Network labeled with the individual’s or fund’s name.
Click the name to open and view their connections.
This will load the full set of contacts included in the shared Network.
Step 3: Review Ranked Connections
Inside a Shared Network, Finta automatically analyzes each contact and compares them to your deal.
For every connection, you’ll see:
A relevance score based on fit
Role and organization
Shared context from the network owner
Connections are automatically ranked so you can quickly find the strongest warm prospects.
Step 4: Add Relevant Prospects to Your CRM
When you find someone who fits your deal:
Finta will create the prospect for you and immediately link them to your active deal.
Step 5: Generate a Warm Intro Request
Once added to your CRM:
Navigate to your CRM.
The new contact will appear in the Target Investor stage.
Their Warm Intro Pathway will already be pre-filled with the name of the network owner who shared them with you.
Click the pathway owner’s name to automatically generate an intro request email.
You can send the email as-is or customize it before sending.
That’s it!
Using Shared Networks gives you instant access to warm, qualified pathways that dramatically increase your chances of engagement — all without manual research.
