How to Utilize Documents in Finta

Upload folders into sections to keep documents organized.

Documents is a great place to keep all documents and files needed for investors organized and stored in one place. You can create and label folders to organize documents. You can connect files in your Documents directly to your Deals for access controlled sharing. You're Deals integrate directly with your documents, so once if you update a document, it will automatically update anywhere it's linked in your Deals.


Navigate to Documents in the top menu.

Here you'll be able to view and edit your document library.


Create new folders and add documents here.


You can upload individual files, or bulk upload folders to transfer documents efficiently.


Share links directly to specific documents by copying the share link to the document from Finta. You can edit share link settings at this stage too.
