Your CRM is the main hub of Finta. It helps you manage your contacts one place, with clear stages. By clicking the icon to the right of the header allowing you to customize your pipeline to match your specific process and track progress in a way that fits how your team works. You can easily add a new investor by clicking “Add Contact” and filling in basic details like name, email, company, and stage. If you already have a list of investors, you can quickly bring them into Finta by using the import button to upload and organize your contacts in seconds.
The Deals page allows you to organize and share docs and information from one trackable link. rounds in one consolidated view, including details like your target amount and status.
In the Documents page, you can upload helpful documents like your cap table, pitch deck, and other contracts, as well as sort them into folders. You'll be able to link documents stored here directly into your Deals for easy sharing.
The Networks page helps you map and activate your existing relationships to find warm introductions to investors. You can create a network directly with your connected email, or import CSVs of contacts or LinkedIn connections, and you can see them all laid out by Aurora in a relationship graph based on your real network. Once your network is connected, Aurora analyzes your relationships and recommends potential prospects based on the deal you select. It highlights strong connections, ranks relationship strength, and produces the most relevant people from your network, so you can request introductions with confidence.
The Automations feature allows you to streamline your workflow by automatically triggering actions based on behavior or predefined conditions. You can build automations using a simple step-by-step builder, starting with a trigger (like a contact viewing your deal room), then adding actions such as sending emails, advancing stages, or inserting wait times.
