While sharing quotes online is the best way to communicate with customers, sometimes you need a hard copy. Download your quote as a PDF from the quote review page. Choose Download as PDF from the Send to customer options. 

The quote status will automatically change to Pending when the PDF is downloaded. Change manually to Secured, Lost or Negotiated by using the Quote status drop-down menu. For a complete guide to quote status, read here.

Even after you download your quote as a PDF, you can choose to email it to your customer.
