When you choose to fund your account using your Visa or Mastercard Debit, Credit, or Pre-paid card, we process your card using our banking partners' card processor.
When we receive a decline status for that transaction from your bank, we inform you that your card top-up has been declined.

Re-attempt the transaction, and ensure that you entered your card details accurately.
Ensure that you have sufficient funds to cover the transaction, and make note of processing fees associated with funding your account using your card.
Contact your bank to ensure that they are not blocking your card due to suspicious activity.
Try using another bank card.
Ensure that the card you are using is a Visa/ Mastercard branded card.
