My Bank/Salary Transfer Didn't Arrive To My Account

How to ensure that your transfers arrive to your account.

When making a transfer using your mobile banking app or through a regular Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Please ensure that you include your transfer addended as stated by the instructions on the app.

If you have not received your transfer, please contact us to look into it and ensure that your funds are applied to your account. We try our best to apply your funds as soon as we have received them.
