If you know your pin, head to your profile section and select Reset security PIN

To reset your 4-digit pin, please contact us via email at support@mypennypinch.com using the email attached to your account.

Once we have verified and processed your request, we will contact you to let you know that your pin has been reset.

Once your pin has been reset, you will be required to set up a new pin the next time you open the Penny Pinch App.
