Know exactly what needs to be done by working off a checklist assigned to your booking

How it Works

  • The checklist tab inside your assigned booking will direct you on what needs to be done while you are out working that particular job.

  • You will need to check off all items on the list before you are able to check out of the job.

How to Use Checklists on Mobile

  1. Find your booking for today

  2. Click the checklist tab to view

  3. Check into the job to begin checking off items from the list as you complete them

    1. Your Admin/Staff will see live updates of your progress on the checklist

    2. The progress bar will show you how far along you are based on the total items added to the list. Total items includes tasks and subtasks

  4. Check out of job

    1. If you try and check out before checking off all items on the checklist, you will be prompted to complete the checklist before you are able to check out of the job.

    2. Keep in mind depending on your companies settings, geo fence may be enabled, which will prevent you from checking out of the job if you are too far away from the service address (1/4 mile/.402km)
