Overview

Staff are allowed to create bookings that have times that are outside of your normal spot availability. For example:

  • Your normal schedule: 8:00AM, 11:00AM, 2:00PM

  • A booking was created by staff outside of your normal availability: 9:00AM

You can count these bookings against your normal availability so that the 9:00AM booking above will fall under 8:00AM normal spot.

IMPORTANT: If you use arrival windows on your schedule, your booking needs to have an arrival window that matches what’s on your schedule:

  • Your normal schedule has a 1 hour arrival window: 8:00-9:00AM

  • The out-of-place booking needs to have a 1 hour arrival window too: 8:30-9:30AM

How to Include Bookings outside of your normal spots against your Availability

  1. Go to Settings > Subdomain tab

  2. Scroll down to the Bookings Outside of Normal Availability

  3. Choose Count them against my Availability

4. Scroll down and click Save Changes
