Create a Test Booking via Booking Form:

1. Fill out the booking form on your site

2. Login to your Launch27 account

3. View the test booking in your Active Bookings page.

If credit card is the payment method you use, no worries, your card will not get charged when you submit the booking

Create a Test Booking via the Staff Login:

1. Login to Launch27

2. Selecting the + icon

3. Add Booking.

Complete each section of the form

You can change the payment method to cash or check if you prefer to not enter your credit card. You can also assign the cleaner

Once the booking is created go back to your active bookings page and use the date filter on the top right to see your new booking in the system

NOTE: Adding your credit card information will not cause the system to charge your card. Your card will only be charged if it is done manually by Staff.
