Customize your Text Messages

  1. Go to Settings > Text Messages

  2. Select the template that you want to edit

  3. Make your changes (refer to our list of liquid tags to generate booking data)

  4. Select Save or Send a Test

PLEASE NOTE: TWILIO has a character limit for SMS messages of 160.

Any message over 160 characters, will be split and sent by Twilio in two messages which will in turn cost you more.

Enable/Disable Text Message Reminders

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Text Messages

  3. Select Enable/Disable next to the Text Message template
