Cancelled Bookings – Overview

Your Canceled Bookings page will provide you with a list of all bookings that have been Cancelled by either your customer or staff. From the Cancelled Bookings page you can either edit the Cancellation Price for that booking, or you can restore the booking to an Active Booking.

Please note: Bookings on this page will display by original booking date

Click the icon with the 3 horizontal lines to view and manage your cancelled bookings

Restore a Booking

  1. Go to your Cancelled Bookings Page

  2. Select the blue restore icon to the right of the booking

  3. A pop up will appear asking “Are you sure you want to Restore this Booking?”, select Restore.

  4. Go to your Active Bookings page to find your booking

Edit your Cancellation Price for a Booking

  1. Go to your Cancelled Bookings Page

  2. Select the Green Edit Icon

  3. Enter your new Cancellation Price

  4. Select Save

Assign/Unassign a Team from booking

You will need to unassign the cleaner from the cancelled job is you do not wish for the system to calculate wage for the team in Pay Teams Page.

  1. Go to your Cancelled bookings Page

  2. Find the booking and click the green pencil to edit

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click the Assign to button

  4. Assign/Unassign/Modify team wage and save changes
