How Do I Cancel my Plan/Membership?
If you’d like to cancel your account, put your billing on hold, or even speak with a representative from our billing department, please open the chat box in your admin account portal and click on Account Cancellation Request.
After your request has been submitted, a representative from our billing department will respond accordingly to your request. We will not be able to cancel your account by emailing, chatting, or calling us. This is the procedure we have in place to ensure the owner of the account is requesting to cancel. There have been instances in the past where disgruntled employees will request for their employer's account to be cancelled and as a result, we've implemented this process to ensure the safety, security and integrity of your account
