Frequencies – Overview

Frequencies are options you offer Customers that want to create recurring Bookings.

For example, a Customer may request a Weekly Cleaning. Launch 27 will automatically create a Booking for this Customer each week. You may also offer a discount for this recurring Booking of 15% (i.e. Weekly Cleaning for 15%).

Add a Frequency

  1. Go to Settings > Services > Frequencies

  2. Click Add New

  3. Choose the amount of weeks for your frequency

  4. Name your frequency

  5. Choose if you want to discount your customers using percentage or dollar amount

  6. Click Save (if you have multi locations, choose your location for the frequency then select Save)

To create a custom frequency, select Custom and enter the amount of weeks for your frequency:

Edit a Frequency

  1. Go to Settings -> Frequencies

  2. Click the Edit button next to the Frequency you want to edit

  3. Edit your values

  4. Click Save

Delete a Frequency

  1. Go to Settings -> Frequencies

  2. Click the Delete button next to the Frequency you want to delete

  3. When the dialog asks “Are you sure?”, click OK.
