Tags – Overview

Tags can be used to easily categorize or add notes to a Customer or Team profile.

Tags can only be seen internally by Admin and Staff users.

How to add Tags to a Customer

You can add tags to a customer by:

  1. Go to Customers

  2. Click on a Customer you want to add a Tag to

  3. Type the tag into the tag field and click Enter


Examples of where Customer tags are displayed:

  • Customer Profile

  • Customers Index

  • Active Bookings page

  • Cancelled Bookings

  • Staff New/Edit Booking form

  • Current Scheduler

  • Charge Customers

How to add Tags to a Team

You can add tags to a team by:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on People > Teams

  3. Click on a Team you want to add a Tag to

  4. Type the tag into the tag field and click Enter

Examples of where Team tags are displayed:

  • Scheduled Bookings

  • Team Profile

  • Team Payments index page and details page

Where to Manage Tags

Go to Settings> Tags to view/create/remove tags from the account
