Extras – Overview

Extras are additional items customers can select, that are outside the scope of the service you provide. For Extras to appear on your booking, you need to make sure your Extra is linked to each service that you want it available for.

Some common examples of Extras are:

o Deep Clean

o Move In/Out

o Inside the Windows

o Inside the Fridge

Create an Extra

1. Go to Settings > Services > Extras

2. Select Add New

3. Enter your Values

4. In the Services drop down, choose the services you want the Extra to be available for.

5. Select Save Changes

Archive an Extra

Archiving an Extra will remove the Extra from your booking form as an option. However, if there are existing bookings that your archived Extra is already linked to, it will remain on those bookings with the same price.

1. Go to Settings > Services > Extra

2. Select the Settings gear next to the Extra that you want to Archive

3. Select Archive

Add Extras to the Carpet (Accordion Panel) Form

Using the Carpet Form (Accordion Panels) form style as your booking form, will still allow you to link your Extras. To add your Extras, you will need to create columns and rows for each service, to display your Extras.

2. Select the Services area on the booking form

3. Choose Accordion Panels

4. Select a Service

5. Select Add Column and name it Extras

6. Select Add Row > choose the Extra in the Drop down

7. Name your Row, the title of your Extra

The Auto (Icon Buttons form type) Form require your Extras to be linked to every service. For example, if you have a total of 5 services, you will need to link your Deep Clean extra to all 5 services.

1. Go to Settings > Services > Extras

2. Select the Extra that you want

3. Choose all services in the Services drop down field

Once you link your Extra to every service, the Extra should appear on your form when using the Icon Buttons form type:

Add the Description for the pop up

1. Go to Settings > Services > Extras

2. Select your Extra, or select Add New if you are creating a new Extra

3. Enter the description you want shown in the pop up, in the description field
