Searching for Transactions
To view transactions processed via Credit Card using Launch27 Pay, you will first need to access your Merchant Track Dashboard:
Hover over the reports icon from your left toolbar, and select Merchant Track
Once you select Merchant Track, you will be directed to your Dashboard.
Search for a specific transaction(s):
Once in your Merchant Track Dashboard, select Transaction Search from the left menu bar
Use the drop downs to search for transactions based on the parameters you select
View Recent Transactions:
From your Dashboard, to the right, you can select Recent Transactions:
After selecting Recent Transactions, you will see a list of the last 6 days of transactions, with the status of each transaction.
