Team App- View Assigned Bookings

As a Team (cleaner) You will be able to see any active booking assigned to you inside the app.

If you are logging in the day of your assigned bookings, your home screen will display your day's schedule in the Today's schedule page.

View your assigned bookings

Tap the Bookings button on the bottom right of your screen and select a date from the calendar.


You can click on the Calendar icon to find some additional booking filters

Booking Status:

  • Pending

    • If the booking is for today, it means you have not begun work or time tracking for that job.

    • If the booking is for a future date, it means the booking date/time has not passed yet.

  • Completed

    • Will display for bookings in past once the booking is marked as completed by the system task.

    • Will display even if you did not time track on the booking but the booking is in the past

      • To view your time tracking data on a past booking. click the Summery tab inside your booking

  • Checked Out

    • Will display on a booking for today if you have checked out of the job.
