If you are making a manual booking for a new customer and need to apply a referral code please check out the below information.

  1. DO NOT CREATE THE BOOKING FIRST

  2. First go to your customers page and create the new customer's profile

  3. Once the profile is created, assign the referee here

4. Once the name of the referred customer shows in the new customer's profile, you are ready to make the booking.

4. Create the new customer's booking and insert the referees referral code (you can find this code on the referees customer profile) and insert that code in the discount code field

5.You will see the new customer discount show on the booking.

6. Once the booking is created, you will see the reward assigned to the referee's profile as pending until the booking is completed.

This is to ensure rewards are not given on a booking that ends up being cancelled

Please also make sure that your services and Extras are not excluded from receiving a discount as this will also impact if a reward is given or not
